Start strong with a spacious 3m x 6m footprint. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned exhibitor, your stall is your space to enchant. The starter pods are no ordinary cubicles—they’re built to invite ideas, showcase products, and host moments that linger.

Here are the booth specifications to guide your actualization.

  1. Starter Pods Begin at 3m x 6m: We don’t do tiny boxes. Every starter space gives you room to breathe, build, and boldly express your brand.
  2. Creative Experiential Booths: These are not your average stands. Infuse your space with:
    • Mood Boards telling your visual story
    • Ambient lighting that evokes the warm glow of the Agwata
    • Custom flooring or carpet textures that invite barefoot curiosity

  3. Agwata-Inspired Design Encouraged: Channel The Agwata Experience—curved lines, organic palettes, calabash forms. Let your booth whisper heritage, shout creativity, and hum with quality.
  4. Exhibitor-Designed Spaces: Every exhibitor is responsible for their own stall design and execution. This is your canvas. Paint it with imagination.
  5. Three Weeks of Setup Time: You’ll have ample access—a generous 21-day pre-event window—to actualize your booth on the Tilisi grounds. Use the time. Make it iconic.

Every exhibitor will take full charge of their own design and build. But don’t fret—we’re giving you the gift of time. With access granted three weeks before the event, you’ll have all the runway you need to craft a space that sings with originality.

Storage, Shipping & Post-Event Peace of Mind

No need to wrestle with post-show logistics. With on-site warehouse access, exhibitors can ship in early, stock securely, and even sell from storage after the event. Got leftover materials? Store, repurpose, or repitch—without missing a beat.
